CDTV Autumn Return Lineup Revealed: Snow Man to Perform Two Songs

Overview

The popular Japanese music program CDTV LIVE! LIVE! aired on October 5, with officials formally announcing the lineup of performers and song list for this autumn return. This autumn special continues the program’s tradition of high-caliber production, gathering top-tier artists from various genres including J-POP, R&B, and female pop, aiming to deliver a feast for both ears and eyes.

The biggest highlight of this lineup is the double-performance appearance by the popular boy group Snow Man. As one of the most influential male groups in the Japanese music scene in recent years, Snow Man will bring two stylistically distinct performances this time, sparking enthusiastic anticipation among fans. Meanwhile, multiple acts under the LDH umbrella will appear together, showcasing the group’s strong cohesion in the realm of idol music.

Performing Artists and Song Lineup

The artist roster for this autumn program spans from rising new-generation groups to seasoned vocalists, with each song carefully selected to showcase the performers’ diverse singing abilities and stage charisma.

The main appearing artists and their performed songs are as follows:

Snow Man: Will perform their representative hit 《Kiseki》 along with another popular track, Good Time.
AI: Making a return appearance after some time away, she will sing her classic hits 《Mada Tabi no Tochuu》 and Happiness.
&TEAM: Will deliver the Japanese version single 《Good Boy (Japanese ver.)》, demonstrating their international musical strength.
GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE: Will present their energetic new track 《VIBE》.
FRUITS ZIPPER: Will perform the popular song Sensation.

Notably, AI’s comeback performance and Snow Man’s double-song medley are expected to serve as key drivers for the program’s ratings. LiSA, as a representative powerhouse in live performance, also has the adapted version of Sophia drawing significant industry attention.

Special Planned Segments

In addition to the standard singing performances, this autumn special features two distinctive planned segments, designed to enhance viewer enjoyment through interactive and nostalgic elements.

Dance Cover Segment (Odotte Mita Kikaku)

This segment features LDH-selected members collaborating with the popular girl group ILLIT to interpret their representative hit 《It’s Me》. Those involved in dance planning and performance include:

Nakatani Yuta from GENERATIONS
Jin and Irie Ruyui from THE RAMPAGE
Sawamoto Haruki and Hori Natsuki from FANTASTICS
Handa Ryuujin from PSYCHIC FEVER
HINATA, TAKI, and NOSUKE from THE JET BOY BANGERZ

This segment not only showcases the dance abilities of LDH’s trainees and artists but also attracts a broader young audience through cross-cultural collaboration with a K-POP girl group.

Classic Songs Live Segment (Meikyoku Live! Live!)

In the nostalgic classics segment, &TEAM’s K・JO will emotionally perform the tearjerker classic 《secret base ~~Kimi ga Kureta Mono~~》. Originally sung by the Korean group ZONE (note: retained here per source material, though the actual original is often attributed to Aice5 or the band Zone, subject to the broadcast), this song has long been a staple at graduation ceremonies and memorial events. K・JO reinterprets this classic with his unique vocal timbre, and is expected to deliver a distinctively moving experience for the audience.
